GRANITE MUSIC's current priority is : NATASCHA SOHL, a singer-songwriter with an unusual and distinctive voice and an impressive output of memorable songs. Having started with her own very successful band, little entity., and subsequently as a solo artist, Natascha has built up a considerable reputation in the UK and USA for her excellent songs and charismatic live performances. Always giving 110%, she loves performing and has done gigs of all sizes, from small bars to packed arenas and including many superb acoustic performances.

Career highlights include the Young Voices tour of 2004, where she played to audiences of up to 21,000 people, US tours with Camplified, where Natascha brought her music to a cross-section of American teenagers 2 years running, and live radio and TV appearances on EXPN, Fox TV and CW11 in the US ; LBC, many regional radio stations and Ulster TV in the UK.

Natascha's style is edgy and dynamic, her music is a melodic and punchy mix of Rock/Pop and her lyrics are original and unusual. As a live performer she has a big stage presence and a quirky, attractive personality. In fact, Natascha is one of those people you will remember long after the gig is over.

Natascha has just completed her second album DIRTY LITTLE WORD - due to be launched early in 2008. This was recorded in New York, where she co-wrote with A-list songwriter/producer Russ DeSalvo, Nashville hit songwriter Arnie Roman and other big-name US musicians – who have praised her ability and consider her an exceptional talent. The album was engineered by Dug McGuirk and mastered by Greg Calbi at Sterling Studios.

Natascha attracts rave reviews from industry and fans alike wherever she performs and has been likened to Alanis Morissette / Kelly Clarkson / Pink, although her style is actually somewhat different from all of them and quite individual.
